My wife& I thoroughly enjoyed our wonderful stay at the Banff Park Lodge for the 2024 Cyber Summit. A big thank you to you and your staff (like Amanda and the catering team) - but especially to you. It was lovely to meet you somewhat unexpectedly the evening we arrived and then again at the registration desk. I met a couple of the staff (housekeeping and restaurant staff) and they were smiling, friendly, and one even stopped us as we were looking for our room and took a few minutes to point us to the correct elevator and provide directions.
