Over the next two years, our vision is to craft a sanctuary of sophistication and solace, starting with our guest rooms. We vow to uphold your peace and comfort meticulously, scheduling work in a manner that promises you the utmost tranquility during your stay. Rest assured, we plan to observe quiet periods, ensuring restful nights and serene days.
The Cascade Wing with 110 rooms was the starting point of our renovation, with 78 rooms now completed. Fully renovated room categories are Lodge Suites and Superior King Rooms with Daybed. We’ve crafted welcoming and refined spaces for your comfort and enjoyment. Following a thoughtful interlude during the summer months to ensure a quiet stay during the busiest season, we will commence the next phase with the rest of the rooms in Cascade Wing and all of Rundle Wing, starting on October 2, 2024. Our goal is to have all guest rooms refreshed and updated by April 1, 2025.

Yes, our hotel will remain open and fully operational during the renovation period. We’re dedicated to ensuring a comfortable stay with minimal disruption.
Renovations are currently paused. After October 2, 2024, hours of work will be from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, to ensure your evenings are peaceful.
After October 2, 2024, some construction noise is expected during work hours, but we are taking extensive measures to reduce any potential disturbance.
Absolutely, we will make every effort to accommodate your room location preferences. Please indicate your request when booking.
Access to some rooms after October 2, 2024 will be through outside with no elevator access. We are finalizing plans with the construction planning team to minimize inconvenience to our guests and all affected guests will receive email communication outlining access to their room. Our team is available 24/7 and happy to help all guests with their luggage. We anticipate that all other amenities will remain available, with any closures clearly communicated well in advance of your arrival.
While parking and hotel access generally remain unchanged during the renovations, we’d like to highlight that our oversized vehicle parking will be very limited. Due to the presence of construction vehicles, we cannot guarantee that oversized parking spots will always be available. We recommend planning your visit accordingly to ensure a smooth experience.
Should there be any temporary changes to access or parking for regular-sized vehicles, these will be clearly signposted around the property and communicated to you through our channels. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this period.
The safety of our guests and staff is our highest priority. All renovation work is sectioned off and carried out in strict adherence to safety protocols.
All our health and wellness facilities, including the spa and gym, will continue to operate as usual, with any changes to be communicated in advance.
